Location: Perundurai, Erode, Tamil Nadu Job Type: Full time Experience: Fresher (0–1 Year) Job Summary We are looking for a motivated Civil Engineering Fresher to join our Marketing & Sales team. The candidate will be responsible for developing current customer relationships, generating leads, promoting our civil and precast products, and supporting sales activities. The role is suitable for a Civil Engineering fresher who is interested in technical sales, customer interaction, field marketing, and business development. Key Responsibilities Visit architects, builders, contractors, engineers, dealers, consultants, and project sites. Generate recent leads and identify potential customers. Promote and explain company products such as Precast Concrete, Pavers, RMC, Blocks, Blue Metals, and other building materials. Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product information. Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with customers. Identify upcoming construction projects and collect project details. Coordinate with the sales team for quotations, enquiries, and follow-ups. Maintain regular communication with existing and potential customers. Conduct field visits and submit daily visit and enquiry reports. Coordinate with production, estimation, dispatch, and project teams. Update customer and sales information in ERP / CRM / Excel. Follow up on enquiries and support order conversion. Achieve assigned sales and lead-generation targets. Travel within the assigned territory as required. Educational Qualification Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering Freshers are encouraged to apply. Basic knowledge of construction and building materials is preferred. Knowledge of MS Excel, ERP, or CRM will be an added advantage. Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
