Chartered Accountant - Direct Taxation

### Job Summary We are looking for a *CA Final Passed / Qualified Chartered Accountant* with *1+ year of relevant experience* in accounting, taxation, audit, and financial reporting. The candidate will be responsible for supporting finance operations, statutory compliance, audits, financial analysis, and management reporting. ### Key Responsibilities • Manage day-to-day accounting and financial reporting activities. • Prepare and review *financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports*. • Handle *GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliances*. • Direct and Indirect Taxation • Support *internal, statutory and tax audits*. • Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records. • Assist in *month-end and year-end closing* activities. • Review expenses, invoices, ledgers and supporting documents. • Perform financial analysis and provide insights to management. • Monitor statutory payment and filing deadlines. • Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks and other stakeholders. • Assist in budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis. • Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations and company policies. • Identify process gaps and support improvements in finance and accounting processes. ### Required Skills • *CA Final Passed / Qualified Chartered Accountant*. • Minimum *1+ year of post-qualification or relevant experience*. • Strong knowledge of *Accounting, Auditing and Taxation*. • Good understanding of *GST, TDS and Income Tax*. • Knowledge of *Ind AS / Accounting Standards*. • Experience with *MIS and financial reporting*. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in *MS Excel* and accounting/ERP systems. • Ability to work independently and meet compliance deadlines. ### Preferred Experience Candidates from *Manufacturing, Automotive, IT/ITES, Engineering, Consulting, or other corporate finance environments* will be considered.
