Industrial UX Engineer

Job Description: 5 8 years of UX/UI, Product Design, Interaction Design, or HMI Design experience. Strong proficiency in Figma or equivalent tools. User research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing. User journeys, design systems, responsive design, and accessibility. Enterprise dashboards, complex workflows, and data-driven interfaces. Basic HTML/CSS or front-end knowledge. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.
