Plant Human Resources Manager

We're seeking a Plant Human Resources Manager to lead all aspects of plant HR, including employee relations, training, labor relations, compliance and workforce development. What You'll Do • Serve as a strategic business partner to plant leadership, driving people and business initiatives and cultivating a high-performing, employee-centered culture. • Manage labor relations activities, including contract administration, grievance resolution, and collective bargaining. • Lead onboarding, succession planning, and employee development programs. • Administer compensation, benefits, performance management, and HR policies. • Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements. • Support workplace safety, workers' compensation, food safety, and environmental programs.
