The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technology, working with business stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional teams to deliver effective Veeva solutions. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗼 Gather and translate business requirements into user stories, functional specifications, and actionable solutions. Work across key Veeva CRM capabilities including Event Management, Medical Affairs, Alignments, Targeting & Segmentation, MyInsights, Interactions, and MCCP. Support process mapping, gap analysis, UAT, defect resolution, and business sign-off. Work with teams on Veeva configuration, workflows, data, security, and integrations. Manage functional workstreams, stakeholders, dependencies, and priorities. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, backlog management, sprint planning, and reviews. Support Veeva implementations, migrations, upgrades, and integrations. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿 6+ years of Business Analysis / Functional Consulting experience. Strong Life Sciences / Pharma domain knowledge. Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault CRM and relevant Vault modules. Strong understanding of requirements gathering, process mapping, user stories, functional documentation, and UAT. Experience with Agile/Scrum and stakeholder management. Strong project/workstream Qand communication skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with business and technical teams.
