- Handling end-to-end back office HR processes like policies and exceptionals queries received from business through the generic mailbox - Handling the employee data management - Deal quickly and efficiently with employee enquiries or complaints by phone or email - Actively contribute to ad hoc HR projects - Support HR Business Partners with redundancy and TUPE processes - Maintain records in order to provide key scheduled and ad hoc reports for HR/Business
