Data Entry Operator

Enter and update data in computer systems, Excel sheets, and databases.  Verify data for accuracy and correct errors or discrepancies.  Maintain and organize digital records, files, and documents.  Prepare reports and maintain daily data entry records.  Perform data validation and ensure data consistency.  Handle emails, documentation, scanning, and filing as required.  Maintain the confidentiality of company information.  Coordinate with other departments for data collection and updates.
